paid, more sketch-like requests. no revisions here, except for specific design traits (ex: body types, hair types, skin tones)

WILL DO: original and canon characters (oc x canon ok!), pokemon, generally humanoid characters, ship art, suggestive/pin-up.
WON'T DO: NSFW, gore, mecha, overly complex armors, anthro/furry, any sort of hateful/discriminatory content.- my commissioned art is for personal use only, and I do not allow my art to be used for minting/NFTs/AI training.- personal use includes uploading it and using it on social media (please credit me for the art!) & using it for making merch for yourself only (ex. stickers, prints, charms...).- the art you receive belongs to you. however, keep in mind I will use some commissions as art samples.- turnaround time depends on the commission type; generally min. is 1 week and max. is 1 month. if you need it for a certain date, please let me know beforehand! (add-ons for deadlines and other details can be found on vgen).- smaller animals and pokemon count as chibis, bigger ones as regular bodies.- all payments are upfront, through paypal invoice, vgen payments, or ko-fi.- you can only ask for changes during the sketch/flat colors phase of your commission (applies to regular commissions only).- once the commission is finished and sent, I won't accept any refunds. if it's not completed yet, then I will refund you your money depending on the progress made.
DESIGN TOS
- i only sell adoptables on toyhou.se or through custom design commissions (currently unavailable).
- my designs are for personal use only. if you wish to get commercial usage, please contact me on toyhouse to discuss.
- designs for sale can be usually held for 48h, though please check individual TH profiles as this can change. art offers will usually have 1 month deadline.
- once bought, my designs can't be refunded.
- you can change the design however you want (except whitewashing non-white designs and such), but please credit my original art and design!
- reselling, retrading and regifting is okay. however, prices cannot be higher than the original selling price, except if they have added art. please add at least one colored piece before reselling for a higher price; on-base art and free/gifted art does not count.
- you are not allowed to sell one of my designs if you got it for free/from a trade.
- for retrades, please wait at least one week before retrading one of my designs. it's okay if you didn't connect with the character, but I don't want people to scalp my designs or use them as trading chips.
